underfloor heating commercial property
Incognito Heat Co. provides quality underfloor heating into a broad spectrum of commercial properties:
Social Housing
Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Education
Offices
Hospitality industry
Churches
Hospitals and Care Homes
The Diffuser Plate system is used in social housing for Local Authorities. One criteria in these projects is the speed of installation, which is an important factor in fast track projects. This is a screed free system and other trades can work on the floor the moment the structural layer is complete.
Churches can be challenging to heat due to the high vaulted ceilings common to this type of property. Increasingly, underfloor heating is recognised as particularly suited to this application, as there is none of the stratification associated with traditional, wall mounted systems. An effective heating zone of 0-2m² makes for a much more comfortable environment for the congregation. Incognito Heat Co. has been privileged to work in church renovations, extensions and new builds throughout Scotland and England.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING FOR OFFICES
Like domestic property, the advantages of Underfloor Heating also come into place in commercial property like offices. The freedom in design to place glass walls, the freedom in space-planning during design but also after a couple of years really contributes to organisations that change overtime.
Even heat distribution eliminates cold spots, if you are sitting close to the window or more centrally on the floor.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING RETAIL & HOSPITALITY
There is probably no other industry where space is so instrumental in the overall business performance. Space comes at a premium and consumer behaviour changes quickly. Underfloor Heating enables the retailer to use the retail efficiently and adapt it to changing buying behaviour.
Underfloor Heating industrial and warehouses
The Structural Slab system is designed for use with reinforced concrete floors for car showrooms, workshops, ware houses and industrial uses. You can read more about it here: Screeded Floor Systems.
